What is your policy on refunds?

Your purchase will leave Ivy & Lil's studio in perfect condition and we hope that your purchase brings you as much happiness using it, as we got from making it! If you are unsatisfied we will happily discuss exchanging the item or refunding the purchase price providing you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition. If you would prefer a refund we will do so for the purchase price minus shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility for payment of return shipping costs.

Need care instructions?

Cushions - To ensure minimal fading, cool hand wash in mild detergent or machine wash, inside out using the gentle cycle. Do not soak or rub. Do not wring. Do not bleach. Reshape whilst damp and dry flat. Line dry, do not tumble dry or dry clean. Use a warm iron and iron print on the reverse side. All pieces are hand printed with non-toxic water based inks.

Are the tea towels Australian made?

Our products are made in Australia. Our 100% linen fabric for tea towels and cushions is sourced from Europe because linen is not grown in commercial quantities in Australia. Our cushion inserts are made locally in Australia and all products are hand screen printed in the studio.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes certainly, just request this in your order and your purchase will be carefully wrapped, so it brings a special touch for the recipient.
